To Matthew and Claire Ward. As executer of my late mother's estate, I wanted to thank you for selling the property at 1William Street Henley. I am pleased with achieved selling price at the auction on Saturday 15th, March 2014. This was a family property for 42 years. In the mid 1970's, as owner builder, my father was instrumental to integrate the existing late 1800's sandstock and sandstone house with the contemporary building materials and techniques whilst preserving the Hunters Hill area heritage. Thereby transforming a modern open styled house into a treasured family home that has many family memories over the last 35 years. I am cordially reassured that the new owners will not be demolishing the house.
